About

Exploring new ways to communicate and tell visual stories lies at the heart of our studios practice. In this case, we focused on morphology, material, and movement using a high-speed camera to slow everything down and let the object speak for itself. The subject: a glass designed by New Tendency, with whom we had previously collaborated. For some reason, this object kept calling us back.Theres something meditative in observing its form unfold over time the curves, the texture, the weight of the liquid. The soundscape, created in collaboration with Qoa, adds another layer of sensory depth to the experience.Having our own studio gives us the space to create these kinds of studies to experiment, to reflect, and to push the boundaries of our visual language.

Exploring new ways to communicate and tell visual stories lies at the heart of our studio’s practice. In this case, we focused on morphology, material, and movement — using a high-speed camera to slow everything down and let the object speak for itself. The subject: a glass designed by New Tendency, with whom we had previously collaborated. For some reason, this object kept calling us back. There’s something meditative in observing its form unfold over time — the curves, the texture, the weight of the liquid. The soundscape, created in collaboration with Qoa, adds another layer of sensory depth to the experience. Having our own studio gives us the space to create these kinds of studies — to experiment, to reflect, and to push the boundaries of our visual language.
