ABOUT

Muji is a Japanese retailer founded in 1980, which sells a wide variety of household and consumer goods. Muji's design philosophy is minimalist, and it places an emphasis on recycling, reducing production and packaging waste.
Recently, we were commissioned by Muji Europe to create the catalog for their 2024 Everyday Essentials campaign. The project involved showcasing 25 products, along with a large interior space styled with Muji household items and furniture, captured through both photos and video.
We’ve shot the products in detail, staying true to Muji’s approach of honestly presenting each product’s flexibility—showing them just as they are, unchanged and unaffected by trends.
The interior set, which had the feel of a New York loft, included a bedroom, living room, atelier, and dining area, all photographed and filmed to highlight the cozy, minimalist atmosphere of living with Muji.
On this project we had the chance to combine our production, photography, film, and post-production skills for a brand we find truly inspiring.
All the content we created is now on display across Muji’s European stores and websites.
