75 sculptures from all phases of her work from the 1970s to the present day, are on display in the museum's upper hall. The collection is exhibited against the backdrop of Mies van der Rohe's architecture, with the addition of David Chipperfield renovation establishing an ideal setting for Genzken's work.​
